In the event you cancel your appointment more than 30 days you will only be responsible for the deposit. 30 days or less require a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation must be done by phone or email support.team@chicbythelayers.org

To scure a date, deposit must be paid via invoice after a consultation is complete. You can however purchase a package in full on our booking page. The deposit is non-refundable. Both deposit and consultation must be conducted before securing your official date.

If it is requested that an artist travels on-site a day rate of $500 per day will be applied. This is an add on service fee for travel.

Consultations are conducted virtually. You will meet you stylist and ask necessary questions prior to booking your pretrial.
We think it is important to build a relationship with your stylist, and be highly informed before booking. Pretrial only includes hairstyling you may desire on our wedding day. This service will be conducted in the salon studio at your earliest convenience.
We reccommend pretrials at least 2 months before your wedding day.

Hairstyling can take anywhere from 30minutes - 1 1/2 per person. TIme varies upon style rendered.
Hair must be washed and free of oils on the wedding day.
If you require prep the day before the wedding you use secure your appointment. Ex: sew-in extensions, wig installations. An additional fee will be applied as a routine salon appointment. Price will depend on service rendered.
